Annecim (English title: Mommy) is a Turkish drama Gacha Club version of the Turkish drama Anne, starring Nihal Göktürk, Zehra İşsever, and İlayda Kayabeyli. It aired on Fox TV from April 15, 2016 to September 21, 2018.[1]

Synopsis

Aysun Güneş was working as a temporary teacher in elementary school. When she realized that one of her students, Yağmur, is receiving a child abuse from her mother, Şevval, and her stepfather, Iskender. Aysun's maternal instincts kick in, she takes matters into her own hands by faking Yağmur's death, taking her on a trip from İzmir to Ankara, and become her new mother. Şevval and Iskender found out that Yağmur is actually alive, Şevval was out of tears on her daughter and she decided to make Yağmur love her. When Şevval and Iskender had a baby, Filiz, Yağmur was forced to take care of her all by herself. Aysun refuses to give up when she has Yağmur back with her. Aysun and Şevval realize they have to work together to fix all this. The story revolves around Yağmur's life, Aysun's identity, and the two experience various events together along the way.
