Santa Rosa Zoo and Aquarium is a is a 64-acre non-profit zoo located in Spring Lake Regional Park, Santa Rosa, California.The zoo is an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).

Expedition Africa!

Opened in 1998,"Expedition Africa!" became the zoo's largest expansion in it's history. Expedition Africa! includes two sub-attractions, the Savanna and the African Aviary.

African lion, greater flamingo, eastern bongo, common hippos and ring-tailed lemurs.

African Aviary

African spoonbill, blue-bellied roller, white-headed buffalo weaver, superb starling, African pygmy goose and yellow-billed ducks. The aviary also features a small terrarium home to a family of Madagascar hissing cockroaches.
