For the purposes of Wikipedia I classify myself as an "interested practitioner". My technical compentencies are in the B2B communication aspects of XML, XSLT, and XForms. I have extensive and broad business industry and business functional experience. I have developed several XML oriented tools for the creation of XML Schema Subsets (for anyone who has attempted this you know that it is a non-trivial task), and the automatic creation of XSLT and XForms. Compared to the average person I would be considered an expert. I guess the best way to express my limitations is, "the more I learn the more I realize that there is more to learn".
