The 2024 Cessna Citation crash occurred on August 20, 2024 when a Cessna 550 Citation II failed to takeoff then hit a power line then crashing into a building in Odessa.[1][2][3]
All 3 occupants onboard were killed, leaving no survivors with 1 injury on the ground.[1][2][3]

Deaths and injuries
editThe Cessna Citation was under the command of Joseph Vincent Summa (48) and his passenger Joleen Cavaretta Weatherly. Both of them were killed.[1][2][3] A civilian on the ground was injured.[2]
