Benzinga
Benzinga is a North American financial technology and media company focused on market news, stock exchange and financial data. It is headquartered in Detroit, Michigan.[1] Benzinga offers analytics, data services and news for investors and financial audiences through its subscription- based newsletters, events and the Benzinga Pro software.[2]
History
Benzinga was founded in 2010 by [[Jason Raznick]], a Detroit entreprenur. Raznick launched the company out of his basement with $3,000 capital with the idea of catering easy to digest financial news to retail investors.[3]
On August 17, 2021 Benzinga was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States in the Inc. 5000, a list of 5,000 emerging private companies in the U.S[4]
On October 25, 2021 Beringer Capital announced it had acquired majority stake at Benzinga for $300 Million.[5]
Currently, Benzinga has more than 60 employees working in the United States, Asia, Europe and South America. [6]
