Goals
edit- Form a team of Project Accuracy Coordinators (PAC) to oversee the project, help establish criteria and minimum qualifications for fact-check teams, help with the project's page design and tasks;
- Form additional teams comprising appointed representatives from other project teams to help coordinate and organize a list of articles for review, and who will serve as members of the WPA Editorial Review Board (ERB). Other possibilities for members of the ERB may include reviewers of medical and scientific journals, academia, verified experts and professionals, experienced WP editors and verified experts, highly qualified writers who can disseminate technical, legal, medical and scientific terminology to the general public. The ERB will be responsible for a 3 tiered review and approval process for articles nominated for review in order to bear the "reviewed and approved" seal; article location yet to be determined.
- Establish a list of fact-checking criteria and guidelines for reviewing submissions ensure accuracy.
- Work toward getting reviewed and approved (RAA) promoted articles protected from vandals and random changes (1) that do not improve the article or (2) attempt to update it without the initial stringent review that was required to promote it.
- Support the WMF's "Reach" campaign and help establish another level of credibility and reliability for Wikipedia articles carrying the RAA seal as a reliable source for beginning research at all levels of academia, government, and independent research establishments.
- Coordinate efforts and collaborate with other WikiProjects by encouraging promotion of articles to GA and FA and by employing a 3-tiered editorial review for FAs that, after passing the editorial committee review, will be awarded the RAA gold seal of approval on the article.
- Enhance WP's image as a reliable source and in doing so, increase its readership while recognizing and rewarding quality work which helps build morale, aids in editor retention and further serves to attract more quality editors to the project.

Participants
editPlease join us in this ambitious endeavor and help solidify WP's reputation as an accurate and trustworthy source of general knowledge for readers and researchers at all levels. We need qualified editors to help in the review and approve for accuracy process so we can affix our team's project seal to the top right corner of the promoted article indicating that it was Reviewed and approved (RAA) and has met all the criteria for promotion with editorial oversight by a qualified team of editors. Another important goal is to acquire protection for all RAAFA promoted articles in an effort to eliminate vandalism and inaccuracies while still maintaining an encyclopedia anyone can edit.
