At the age of eight, she developed a perforated eardrum which led to severe ear infections, chronic pain and numerous surgeries throughout her life. These early experiences of adversity shaped her understanding of resilience and authenticity. She pursued higher education, earning a Bachelors degree in Child and Family Life Sciences, which laid the foundation for her career in human development, and later through life experience, a Master’s in Education and a PhD in Entrepreneurship.
