Benedick Moody Louw (born 11 September 1981 in Upington, South Africa) is a Namibian activist and politician who was the Land Indigenization Envoy of the Affirmative Repositioning (AR) movement, a leftist movement in Namibia setup by radical youth activists of the SWAPO Party Youth League (SPYL) in November 2014. He served as former //Kharas SPYL Regional Secretary of Information, Mobilization and Publicity from 2012 to 2017 and also served as former Branch Secretary of the Mine Workers Union of Namibia (MUN) Skorpion Zinc Branch in 2014 until he was retrenched in 2017. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, specializing in Sustainable Agriculture from the Namibia University of Science and Technology. He was appointed Africa-Europe Youth Summit Facilitator in 2014 at the AU-EU Youth Leadership Summit Brussels, a platform with the objective to develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs and challenges of young people and youth civil society in Europe and Africa, including common and diverging themes, as well as potential avenues for solutions.
