Hi, I'm a former European correspondent for major U.S. media including Dow Jones Newswires, The International Herald Tribune (now The International New York Times) and The Wall Street Journal who now does mostly European public affairs consulting while building a side business around wine tastings. I also have been a blogger, communications director and adviser for different companies, governments, non-governmental organizations and business associations. Full bio on LinkedIn.
I grew up in the U.S. and have also lived in Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. I currently live in Brussels, Belgium and contribute to Wikipedia articles on local topics that I know something about, often introducing European content into articles which otherwise are very U.S.-focused. I'm also a stickler for good grammar and will often just fix bad grammar.
