Introduction
editNation's most reputed and influential constitutional scholar, he practices law at the Supreme Court of Nepal mainly in the area of constitutional law and public interest litigations.[1] In addition to his practices of law, he has long experiences of teaching jurisprudence and constitutional law at various law universities.[2] An LL.M. and a Ph.D. in the area of constitutional law, Mr. Acharya is the author of number of noted books on the subjects of constitution, law & politics.[3] He has edited annual survey of Nepalese law and some journals related to law and constitution. He has published hundreds of articles and papers in different national and international newspapers/journals. He regularly contributes views and opinions on national television and articles to the different national newspapers.
Founding President of Constitutional Lawyers' Forum, Nepal (CLaF), Dr. Acharya has served various government committees, national institutions and constitutional bodies of the government of Nepal including the constituent assembly especially on constitutional and political matters. Dr. Acharya is a man with many talents. He carries dynamic and versatile personality as he is also recognized as the name of Arjun Milan in his literary work.[4] He is also the lyricist, music composer and singer as his contribution in each field has crosses dozens in quantities.[5]

Early life and education
editDr.Bhimarjun Acharya was born on 18th December 1971 in Dang, Nepal.[1] He is son of Late Devaki Acharya and Nimkant Acharya. He has complete his Ph. D. (2008) (Constitutional Law), Law Faculty, LL. M. (Constitutional Law), (1998) and B.L.(1996) from Tribhuvan University of Nepal.[2] He also studies on human right from International Human Rights Academy-2004, the Utrecht University, the Netherlands.[3]
