The allegations of black magic are false

The detractors of the Ashram who had all along been making the false allegation that ‘the two Ahmedabad Gurukul children were killed by black magic’ stood exposed. After a lengthy debate, Shri S. H. Iyer, the advocate of the fathers of the deceased children, admitted before Trivedi Commission on 18th January 2013, “Looking at the evidence of medical experts and FSL Reports, there is no iota of evidence that tantrik vidhi is performed on both children. No other evidence of tantrik vidhi is found. Raju Chandak, Amrit Prajapati, Mahendra Chawla, Sukhvinder Singh Aughad, Ishwar Nayak, Ramesh Patel, Satish Patel, Dinesh Kanparia (Bhanabhai), Kaushik Patel etc. who deposed against ashram regarding tantric vidhi appears as false and self generated stories. So we don’t rely on their depositions and we don’t press the allegations regarding tantrik vidhi.”
For more than 4 years, Ashram’s image has been tarnished by spicy though false and baseless rumours and hatred is being spread in public mind against the Ashram. But the truth came out victorious with this admission from the advocate of children’s parents before Justice D K Trivedi and the saying of ‘Truth prevails’ was borne out to be true. The vicious campaign run for the last four years by anti-social elements, vested interests and those seeking to destabilise the country by making the blatantly false allegation of black magic against Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu and the Ashram was busted. The truth finally came out. It is rightly said, ‘Truth need not fear and falsehood has no legs to stand.’

It is noteworthy that Hon'ble Supreme Court had recently rejected outright all the allegations of wrongdoing against the Ashram. The malicious attempts to misinform and misguide the people of the country and abroad by spreading falsehoods like ‘Black magic in the Ashram’ stand completely exposed. The FSL report too rejected the allegations of black magic in entirety. Now the well planned and coordinated conspiracy against the Ashram by spreading falsehoods like ‘Black magic in the Ashram’ stands exposed and exploded by the clarification given by the counsel of children’s parents.

Allegation of land-grabbing false and baseless

Recently, some newspapers and TV Channels carried allegations of the so called SFIO (Serious Frauds Investigation Office) finding Pujya Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu and Shri Narayana Sain guilty of grabbing land worth Rs. 700 crores. This is totally false and fabricated nonsense. It was also said that permission had been sought from the concerned Union Ministry to prosecute Pujya Bapuji and Shri Narayana Sain. Nothing can be farther from truth because the list of accused given by SFIO after long drawn and thorough investigation does not include Bapuji or Shri Narayana Sain in any manner whatsoever. Nor is their any mention of Sant Shri Asharamji Trust. And all the more surprising is the fact that no such agency as SFIO has ever made any enquiry with either Bapuji or Shri Narayana Sain. It is easy to see how big a conspiracy is being carried on to show the centres of our faith in poor light.
The land-grab allegation itself is miles away from the truth. The facts are as follows. Years ago, Jayant Vitamins Ltd. Ratlam built grand temples on the land owned by them. In the year 1992, they established a registered trust by the name of ‘Mangalya Mandir Dham’ for the maintenance and upkeep of the temples and conveyed the temple and the adjacent land to the said trust on a 51 years lease. In consideration, the said Trust made a security deposit of Rs.40 lakhs with Jayant Vitamins Ltd. and started paying annual lease rent regularly. Shri Narayan Sain was taken on the Board of Trustees in the year 2002. Shri Narayana Sain looked after the upkeep and accoutrements of the temples and carried on altruistic activities enjoined by Pujya Bapuji like ‘food and cash for prayer and devotional activities’ scheme, charitable Ayurvedic dispensary, Goshala (cow-shed) etc.
In the year 2003, an order came to be passed by Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai in Civil Suit No. 468/1999 to pay the Lease Rent to the Court Receiver appointed by Hon'ble High Court instead of to Jayant Vitamins Ltd. Since then Mangalya Mandir Dham Trust has been regularly depositing the Lease Rent with the Court Receiver. In fact advance Lease Rent has been deposited up to the year 2014. How ridiculous the allegation of land-grabbing against Pujya Bapuji and Shri Narayana Sain are in the circumstances!
You can yourself decide how much credence should be given to malicious and irresponsible news carried by the media every other day. Hindus should be vigilant and united. Public officials should vigilantly guard the country and her culture. The officials should not be carried away by vicious propaganda. Good people, who love God, the truth, the humanity and their country, should firmly hold on to the truth and not get swayed.
