What should you do if you have gas in your stomach? What most pages on google usually say to stay away from hard candy and gum. There are more things you should not eat/drink. If you put powder in your everyday drink that helps you go to the bathroom is not A good idea. I would stay away from drinking tons and tons and tons of liquid. It can make your stomach bloated. Tea can also make you bloated. Drinking tea while having gas pains is a bad idea. This can also make you feel very uncomfortable.

Now let's types of food. First up, citrus. Eating too much citrus can make a bigger and worse stomach ache. Also, it highers the chance of getting acid reflux. I would NEVER eat citrus food. Some examples are oranges, lime, lemon, and grapefruit. I would also stay away from fast food. All the grease from what you are eating can hurt your stomach. Don't eat fast food fries, chicken, burgers, or bacon. There are many more ways but, now we have to talk more about other things.

Let's talk about eating habit's. You should be eating healthy meals everyday,whether its salad all the way down to vegetarian meals. But, one thing that can make it tough for your stomach is to much white bread. This can make you very bloated. I never would eat a bagel for breakfast, than have a soft pretzel.
