Not all of us can fathom the depths of complexity that simplicity has! It would have been dead easy for me to find and act on correctly all the actions required quite quickly. But the minefield of information, rules and seemingly endless regulations, does and will continue to deter others. Not everyone uses the internet seemingly 24/7 and hopefully the ordinary user in coming days will feel more part of a family rather than an object of ignorance and ridicule because of lack of internet experience and protocol. This problem can go away and with little effort will do, keep up the good work Wiki. If I cross swords again it will be for a very good reason, to help the little person grow as we have done so far. Thankyou one and all, may your next grief be a dilemma in the supermarket. Segregation is also a state of mind issue as well.
