editBorn in Minas,Lavalleja .[1], De Paula is the son of former uruguayo footballer Juan Carlos De Paula. De Paula is of Italian descent through his father.
Club career
editClub Atletico Fernandino
editDe Paula joined the youth setup of Club Atletico Fernandino in 2007, and quickly progressed to become one of the De Maldonado club's most highly rated youth players.
Club Defensor De Maldonado
editIn January 2014, De Paula moved to the Club Defensor De Maldonado, without having been able to reach a new contract with Fernandino.His contract with the Violet club was reportedly worth up to mil pesos a year.
On March 25, 2014, De Paula made his official debut for De Defensor U15, playing in a match against Colón De San Carlos that ended with a 2-0 victory with two goals from De Paula.
Personal life
editIn January 2020, De Paula was included in the list of those summoned to contest the first division championship in Defensor.
