My impetus for starting an account was to add relevant missing information when called for, to correct grammatical errors that I come across, and to remove opinionated content when I find it, as it really bothers me to find editorialized content on what is meant to be an encyclopedia.

It might be of note to mention my general areas of interest and expertise, as these areas are where I am most likely to be found making edits. My main interests are in music, music history and the arts. I have been professionally published on those and many other topics. I often come to Wikipedia for basic statistical information on places or entities. If I find changes needed on such a page, I will try to make them.

I hold a degree in Philosophy and Professional Writing from an accredited, nationally recognized and ranked university, and am a writer and journalist by trade; although, because I would like to keep my work on Wikipedia separate from my professional career, I won't go into more detail here.

The more I browse Wikipedia, the more I realize I shouldn't.

PUNCTUATION GOES INSIDE QUOTATION MARKS.

edit

If there was punctuation in the original source, that punctuation goes inside the quotation marks. Please don't be lazy and just assume it goes outside. That is all.Brakoholic (talk) 21:35, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
