Government Agility has not be defined to my knowledge and because it differs from Business Agility in several ways I would like to propose defining this with cited references:
In a government context, agility is ability of a public sector entity to quickly adapt to policy, legislation and environmental changes, focused on beneficial and cost-effective ways.
The ability of a public (or government) system to quickly respond to change by adapting its original stable structure. ”GA” can continue by tailoring the services the division provides by meeting Citizens demands, adjusting to changes in the political and public sector environments, taking advantage of all available human resources.
