butter noodles

serves 8 or 1 very hungry person

ingredients

  • 16 ounces of whatever noods you like
  • 6 tablespoons butter or more
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese or more
  • salt and peppa to taste


directions

  1. get your stuff
  2. fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to rolling boil
  3. stir in noods, bring to boil again, then turn down to medium heat until noods are al dente
  4. drain and return pasta to pot (reserve some pasta water if you want)
  5. add butter, parm, salt, and peppa to pasta
  6. mix well
