butter noodles
serves 8 or 1 very hungry person
ingredients
- 16 ounces of whatever noods you like
- 6 tablespoons butter or more
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese or more
- salt and peppa to taste
directions
- get your stuff
- fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to rolling boil
- stir in noods, bring to boil again, then turn down to medium heat until noods are al dente
- drain and return pasta to pot (reserve some pasta water if you want)
- add butter, parm, salt, and peppa to pasta
- mix well
