My name is Cephas Brown I was born and In Nassau Bahamas by my parents Sharlene and Cephas Brown. I am the oldest child in the family. I was born on November 27 1992. I came from a Christian family where I grew up in church playing drums at the age of 7. The church I grew up is call “ Great Pentecost Church of the living God “ where my Late Great Grandfather Bishop David Ferguson was the pastor of the church. Some of my family members are musicians so I couldn’t hide from it. In 2011 after graduating from Zion Christian School I joined a band call “Sapphire Jazz Band” where I were the drummer of the band until 2015. The band is still current but all of the members went off to college. In 2016 I join the Willis and the Illest Reggae Band and as of today I’m still apart of the band. In 2019 I’ve got the chance to travel with the band to New York City where we played at Black Beards Bar. I’ve gain a lot of experiences traveling with the band as their drummer. Also got a chance to perform with Joss Stone when she was here in Nassau Bahamas. The band performed at numerous settings where I’ve got to meet many Celebrities such as Shaggy Tarrus Riley and Beres Hammond and their musicians. I’m still currently playing with the band. But since the Covid 19 pandemic I’ve been working on myself spending a lot of time in the studio. I also love Singing and Rapping.
