Trans-hemispheric countries are countries that have borders that cross the equator, and are located in both the northern and southern hemispheres.

Here are all the trans-hemispheric countries of the world (alphabetically):

Brazil, Colombia, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Kenya, and Somalia.
