Hi Cam, this is great!! I'm glad you've contributed all this information and I learned something new! Glenn B. Anderson certainly deserves a wikipedia page. Overall your article is well written and has a lot of information on the topic. Below are suggestions/comments. --Elana

-If you could add images that would make the article even better!

-You do a lot of in-text links and in text citations, which is great!

-I love the grid for the awards- so official-looking!

-It would be great if you could provide an external link to his book, or provide he ISBN number. Definitely should cite it at the bottom if you haven't already.

-I also see that you said he's published numerous articles- maybe you can make a list of all the articles he's published, along with the book in a new section. Sometimes i've seen that section be called "Works."

-On that note, maybe separate out Personal Life and Book since those are not really related. I think it's fine if personal life is short. Maybe you can add where he currently lives if you know? Then if you add more details about other publications to the Book section, that section will be more full. Maybe an image of his book!

-In terms of wording, "Black Deaf man" would be better than "Black Deaf male." When it's an adjective, "male" is appropriate: first male doctor/first female doctor. But it sounds better to say "the first woman to become a doctor", not "the first female to become a doctor." This is not so much a point about grammar, but I feel that there's a dehumanizing undertone to "male" rather than "man" so I think it's important.

-As a Deaf Ed student, I am curious to know more about his educational and sign language background. I think this would be appropriate since much of the significance of the article is that he is deaf and that he overcame the odds of the educational system to achieve many things academically and professionally. Did his k-12 schools use sign language? What about them was a poor quality of education? (For example, if they didn't sign and didn't have interpreters, I can see why that would be a challenge!). Also, when did he learn ASL? K-12, at Gallaudet? I would be curious to know: Is ASL his primary language? If so, worth noting. In fact, maybe you can add a wiki-link to the ASL page somewhere in there.

-There may not be enough info about this, but do you have information about his identity and views? It would also be nice to expand on his involvement in the deaf community through NBDA and the Arkansas thing.

-Most/some pages about people have a bar on the side with some stats about that person. I'm not sure if Glenn B. Anderson is famous enough for you to have access to all that information but it could be worth making that side bar. You can see it here on Thomas Hopkin Gallaudet's page as an example of what I mean.

-This is an extremely minor point about page set up, but you should take away the first heading called Glenn B. Anderson. That intro will just fall under the title, and then each of the next sections will be sections 1, 2, 3, 4. Right now they're all under section 1 as sub sections.
