The Arctic Fox was laying in the snow about 1.5 m (4 ft 11 in) away and seemed to be enjoying the sun. It didn't move when I opened the door, a good indication that the fox was being fed by humans.

The fox was originally about 40 m (130 ft) away when I went outside. I called and the fox returned and ended up about 1 m (3 ft 3 in) away. A good indication that the fox was being fed by humans.

North American Brown Lemming (Lemmus trimucronatus). The lemming was pretty much dead by this time and my cat was very pissed.
