The discography of American gospel group Mary Mary consists of five studio albums, eleven music videos, and seventeen singles, three of which are featured artists. Their debut single, "Shackles (Praise You)", released in 2000, peaked on twenty-eight on the US Billboard Hot 100, and topped the US Gospel chart, as well as charting in the top ten of the US R&B chart. It also was an international success, appearing in the top ten in Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Norway, and the United Kingdom. The single was succeeded by the duo's first album, Thankful, which topped the US Top Gospel Albums and Top Christian Albums charts. It was later certified Platinum in the United States. Following singles taken from Thankful included the top-forty UK single, "I Sings", top-ten US Gospel single, "Can't Give Up Now", as well as the final single, "Wade in the Water." 2002 saw the release of their second album, Incredible, which in addition to topping the US Gospel & Christian charts, appeared in the top twenty of the US Billboard 200, and the top ten of the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The album would go on to be certified Gold in the US. "In the Morning", the project's lead single, peaked at number one on the US Gospel chart. A second single from the album was also released, the Kirk Franklin-assisted "Thank You."

In 2003, they appeared on the compilation album, Gotta Have Gospel, Vol. 3, performing the song "Dance, Dance, Dance" which peaked at the number one in the US. The group would not release a new album until 2005, when they released their self-titled, third album, which became their first album to peak in the top ten of the Billboard 200, and their first to make the top five on the US R&B albums chart. It was certified Gold in the US. Mary Mary included the singles, "Heaven", and "Yesterday", which both reached the number one on the US Gospel chart. In 2006, the group released a holiday album, A Mary Mary Christmas, which reached number two on the US Gospel albums chart.

In 2008, their fifth album, The Sound, was released, and debuted at number seven on the Billboard 200, and number two on the US R&B albums chart. For the first time since their debut single, the group achieved crossover success, this time with their singles "Get Up" and "God in Me." The previous topped the US Hot Dance Club Play chart, and reached number two on the US Gospel chart. While toppping the US Gospel and Dance charts, the single reached the top five on the R&B chart, and became their first single since "Shackles" to make the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at sixty-eight. A third single, "Seattle", was also released. The group plans to release their sixth album, Something Big, in 2011. It is preceded by the lead single, "Walking."
