I do I get it into final draft form and delete the old stuff with out you people destroying everything before I even have a chance to submit it for review and ask which content I should change- I spen 45 minutes on this - then have to start from scratch instead of having suggestions to change particular issues -

This is smelling very fishy.--CaptainKramer (talk) 21:29, 21 February 2012 (UTC)

As I indicated on your talk page, copyrighted material cannot be kept on Wikipedia, even temporarily. Reproducing material from a website that has not licensed the content so that it can be reproduced in Wikipedia is a copyright violation. It does not matter if it is reproduced on Wikipedia so it can later be modified or used as a first draft. Copyrighted material has to be deleted quickly so as not to infringe another person's legal rights. As Boing! said above, if you work on it on your computer at home, then you are not reproducing it publically, and the problem can be avoided. Singularity42 (talk) 21:48, 21 February 2012 (UTC)

DO you people not understand this is a public registered document with the IRS- Just because the language is used elsewhere on the website - doesn't change the fact it originates on the charter.

How can I work on this away from you people. Are there any admins who understand copyright and FOIA laws that I can appeal to?--CaptainKramer (talk) 21:55, 21 February 2012 (UTC)--CaptainKramer (talk) 21:55, 21 February 2012 (UTC)

I have asked Moonriddengirl, an admin who is very involved with Wikipedia's copyright policies, to answer your questions. Be patient, and let that admin answer on your talk page. Singularity42 (talk) 22:06, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
