Background
editThe Rochester, Hornellsville, and Pine Creek Railroad had articles of association filed on March 30, 1871 in New York and the company was formed according to the railroad laws of the state. It planned to build a railroad line from Hornellsville to the New York-Pennsylvania state line.[1]
