Biography
editI am an undergraduate biochemistry student at the University of Notre Dame. I call the north side of Chicago home, having previous attended Loyola Academy.
My research involves glycolipid synthesis in breast cancer cells. Specifically, our research group is investigating the effects of apoptotic agents on certain classes of glycosyltransferases. I work as our group's primary enzymologist, so my specialties are enzyme kinetics and glycoconjugate chemistry.
I am the process of applying to medical schools for matriculation in the fall of 2010.
