Queens Hills Country Park
Queens Hills Country Park is a new housing development situated in costessey which is part of Norwich, Norfolk. The area is now in it's 3rd phase of building with 2 further phases due. The country park is still due as are playing areas and general amenities, however these are scheduled for completion this year early next year. Cottons were the original developer of the site however they went into administration and were taken over by deloittes. As such many roads require their final finishings. Overall the development is of a good standard and the houses are diverse enough to resemble a small village despite the size and scale of the area.
