Update: all are done except the following. A few of these have no connection to artists beyond a shared surname.
- Queried at WP Visual arts
- Pucci family → Pollaiolo, probably Antonio del Pollaiuolo Done Agreed
- Francesco Pesellino → Pollaiolo, probably Antonio del Pollaiuolo Done Two of the brothers
- Roman Renaissance → Vivarini, probably Antonio Vivarini Not done. Too difficult. The wording in the article is unclear. Antonio and Bartolomeo had collaborated since 1447, and their works can be difficult to tell apart; was that the collaboration, or was it with someone else? A. was largely inactive by 1475, but B. completed a major triptych in that year. I've failed to devise a satisfactory footnote.
- San Cassiano, Venice → Vivarini, probably Antonio Vivarini Done Vivarini, plural
- San Sebastiano Triptych → Vivarini, it:Trittico di San Sebastiano links to the family Done
- Nativity Triptych (Bellini) → Vivarini, it:Trittico della Natività links to the family Not done Italian WP says Gallerie dell'Accademia, which would correspond to this, by Bartolomeo. English WP says Narodni Gallery, which would be this, by Antonio. I've dropped a {{check}} on the English article.
- San Lorenzo Triptych → Vivarini, it:Trittico di San Lorenzo links to the family Not done Too difficult. Of the other three triptyche mentioned, St Sebastian was Bartolomeo and Madonna was either Antonio or Bartolomeo
- Queried at WP Sculpture
Several articles refer to the della Robbia family, but that page is a dab. A few links may intend individuals:
- Sant'Andrea in Percussina → della Robbia, it:Sant'Andrea in Percussina links to the family Done using a footnote
- Villa Rusciano → della Robbia Done ditto, and redlink repaired for fun
- I suggest leaving all those above until the WikiProjects have had their say, if any. Narky Blert (talk) 18:54, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
- I think they've had a go, as have I. They've successfully fixed several other mislinks not listed here. Certes (talk) 22:48, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
- I think I've done all I can, Narky Blert (talk) 16:24, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks, Narky Blert! I'm continuing with a few more surnames from time to time (top 200 done) but leaving the awkward cases or {{dn}}-tagging them where a passing subject expert is likely to be more productive. Certes (talk) 16:53, 8 July 2020 (UTC)

- Fan print with two bugaku dancers → Eisen Done

editHere are some works of art which seem to link to a surname. Some but not all are artists in {{Infobox artwork}}, top right. There will be false positives.
