I am a Master's graduate from Carleton University, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Much of my work revolves around compiling and writing about the institutional history of Carleton University, drawing largely from research in the university's archives.
As a student of public administration, I also have a deep interest in writing about public management in the Canadian context. In particular, I've undertaken a reorganization of the Canadian government template, and am refreshing the Public Service of Canada to include more accurate terminology, more detail about recruitment methods and a more extensive history of the public service in Canada.
Much of my research here derives from the academic literature about the public service, as well as what sources such as the Public Service Commission and Treasury Board Secretariat have written about the subject. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to reach out to me on my Talk page.
