Chan Sau (born February 18, 1979, Vietnam) is a British Taekwondo athlete from Runcorn, Cheshire.
Chan was the first person from Great Britain to have ever competed in the 1st Senior Male division at the WTF World Poomsae Championships in Incheon South Korea in December 2007. Chan finished 18th from 35 countries competing in the category. Chan represented Great Britain at the 2007 8th European Poomsae Championships in Antalya, Turkey.
