Self-Introduction

Hey peeps! I am a Chinese-American queer woman. My heritage language and mother tongue is Mandarin, and Gan and Tujia are two of my known ancestral languages. I am also a native speaker of American English. My main area of linguistic research is Cherokee language revitalization.

Aside from languages, I enjoy playing piano, organ, and carillon. I also enjoy composing for these media and for orchestra. Currently I'm diving into electronic music production.
