Charles Hamilton McCants (born November 13, 1981) is an American academic and educator. He is currently an Instructor of Humanities at St. Thomas More Academy. He is a Roman Catholic Christian, received in the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil Mass on March 31, 2002, at Saint Theresa's Parish church in Farmville, Virginia, while a student at Hampden-Sydney College.
McCants was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, the only child of Charles Bernard McCants, Jr., and Peggy Hamilton McCants. His father worked at Duke Clinical Research Institute in Durham, North Carolina. His mother was a programmer for First Citizens Bank in Raleigh.
