Merle D. Strege is a Professor of Historical Theology at Anderson University (Indiana)[1] and the current historian of the Church of God (Anderson, IN) [2]. He is the author of such titles as Baptism & Church: A Believers' Church Vision (1986), A Look at the Church of God: The Story of the Church for Children (1987), Tell Me Another Tale: Further Reflections on the Church of God (1993), God's Redeeming Story (1996), I Saw the Church: The Life of the Church of God Told Theologically (2006), and Tell Me The Tale (2008). He is also the editor of the 2nd edition of The Quest for Holiness and Unity: A Centennial History of the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana) (2009).
