Disclosure: I am currently an architectural intern working for Theo Deutinger, founder of The Department. I participated earlier this year in the minus20degree art festival, and would like to post an article concerning it for the sake of public record, identifying the past participating artists etc. and to collect various articles and publications from newspapers and other sources into one wikipedia page.
