Zentangle

edit

A zentangle is a small drawing made from a set of structured patterns. Zentangles are unplanned, and are meant to increase focus and creativity.[1] They do not require any level of artistic skill or experience, but are more structured than an unplanned doodle. Zentangles are created from repeating patterns of lines, dots, and shapes called "tangles."[2] A traditional zentangle is created on a 3.5 by 3.5 inch (8.9 by 8.9 cm) piece of paper.[3] The Zentangle Method is a meditative art form created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas.[4]
