Mission and Vission
I am a final year B.IT student at the University of Pretoria and I would like to contribute to the digital community by sharing the knowledge I have acquired in the past 4 years of studying. My goal is to create simple, elegant and excellent Wikipedia articles to help user cut on there learning curve - as so many Wikipedia articles has helped me. My focus will not only be on IT related subjects but rather anything that interests me (Have a look at my interest page). What I am hoping to get out of this experience is I want to improve my knowledge on the topics that I edit or bring to life and be part of the change as Wikipedia editing numbers are dropping drastically. Feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. All creative comments, criticism and funny jokes will be appreciated.

About me
I was born on the 5th of February 1991 in the Wilgers Hospital, Pretoria, South Africa. My parents are George and Marie Fourie whom are still happily married. I went to Skuilkrans primary school, Die Wilgers High school and furthered my studies at the University of Pretoria. I love animals, especially dogs. I don't like people who smoke or abuse any substances. My favorite food is pizza and I dislike spicy food. If I could go anywhere in the world I would travel to Stamford Bridge, London - the home of the mighty Chelsea FC. My favorite holiday destination in South Africa is Umhlanga. I love language, even though currently I can only communicate via Afrikaans and English I would really like to learn how to speak German. Another academic interest of mine is mathematics. A role model for me would be someone like Barak Obama who overcame stiff odds. Apart from that I admire and envy his leadership style. One day I would like to be successful in my career but also other aspects. These aspects include being a good father and husband as well as an all round asset to people I come across in life. I plan on doing this by firstly performing in terms of academics and then take it from there.
