After using Wikipedia for many years, I finally joined Wikipedia on 23 Dec 2012 in order to correct some serious non-Neutral Point of View editing that was occurring. Unfortunately some editors fail to grasp that Wikipedia isn't an opportunity for folk to press their own points of view on the world, it is an on-line encyclopaedia, which requires balanced articles, written with a Neutral Point of View. While User:Offender9000 (aka. Roger Brooking) has now been twice blocked for his continued failure to adhere to Wikipedia policies, he skewed the balance and neutrality a wide range of articles. These are now in need of being cleaned up and returned to a neutral point of view to maintain the integrity of Wikipedia as a resource. Currently there only seems to be a few editors working on the articles, but I've been trying to get editors who were previously working on pages and got 'edit-warred' off by him to return to help fix the articles.
As continuously cleaning up articles gets a little tiresome, I also break up my editing by working on other articles. The lists below serve as reminders for me as to where I need to focus my time, and just how much work still needs to be done.
