Celucien L. Joseph is a Ph.D. student in Humanities with a concentration in history and philosophy at the University of Texas at Dallas. He graduated from Fort Lauderdale High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is trained in Theology, French language & Literature and History respectively. Joseph is a graduate of the Baptist College of Florida with a B.A. in Theology, a Master of Divinity in Theology from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in French Language & Literature from University of Louisville, and a Master of Theology in New Testament from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He's a regular contributor for African American Political Opinion, Christ, My Righteousness, History Matters, and Theological French blogs. Joseph is a frequent writer for Helium.
Joseph lives in Texas with his wife: Katia, and their two children: Terrence Matthew and Joshua Sebastien. Joseph enjoys reading, writing, traveling, blogging, and spending time with his family. He is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and English. His reading knowledge includes Spanish, Greek, Hebrew, and German (in process).
