The airline was established in 1988 and started operations the next year.Was operated charters vacation flights to United States and Mexico.The airline was based in Toronto.The airline was created a subsidiarie in Mexico with the Aerofiesta name.Vacationair was acquired by Canada 3000 in 1990.Canada 3000 was expanded and was stoped the operations of Vacationair in february.
