Craft Beer in India
Doolally Craft Beers
editDoolally is one of the handful micro-breweries in India. It is located in the Western State of Maharastra in the city of Pune and was founded on March 20, 2006. At any given point in time, Doolally has at least 4 different brews on tap, with one of them usually a cider.
Doolally experiments a lot, both with local ingridents (like a jaggery based Ale[1]) with flavours to complement Indian cusine or with traditonal brews like a German wheat or a good English stout.
