The National Organisation for the Iraqi Freedom Struggles is an American group based in New York. NO-IFS was founded to support Iraqi groups that are democratic, progressive, and secular, that oppose Ba'athism and Islamism, and that oppose the U.S. occupation of Iraq. These groups include the Iraq Freedom Congress, the Organization of Women's Freedom in Iraq, and the General Union of Oil Employees in Basra.
The group issued its mission statement in February, 2006.
