Long time ago I had applied for the domain name .xi . The reason for this high level domain was to help particular people who are harassed or in trouble for freedom of speech and the such. I had never expected so much support and also a lot who are trying stop me from getting it.
My IP is blocked, again for no reason other than I can think of to stop.
My other user on Wikipedia is wcode you can see its rarely been used cos of the block. I also don't have the password so hopefully someone can help me get that active again, or just replace it with this.
Once I get my Wikipedia in order, I hope to be able to contact the UN. Primarily UNESCO and arrange a meeting where I'll discuss plans And their agreement. Like I said this is the. Second time I will be going in and having many people behind as possible would indeed help.
