The 99 Club
The 99 Club is one of the largest alternative comedy club chains in London [1] . Founded by Comedian James Woroniecki in 2004 above the Red Lion in Great Windmill Street, the club has expanded to five venues across London and now runs shows 7 nights a week. Their flagship venue is the former home of the Comedy Store at Storm Nightclub in Leicester Square, trading under the name 99 Club Leicester Square [2].
The Club was victorious in the 2011 Chortle Awards, winning the Best London Club Award for 99 Club Leicester Square [3]
