editBlessing Ibe was born on 10 Febuary 1986 in Ojota, Lagos State, Nigeria but originally hails from Imo State, Blessing Ibe gained recognition through her participation in the Nigerian music industry, She was consistent which significantly boosted her career in the music industry. Her consistency and love for music provided a platform for her to launch her music career, particularly in the gospel music genre. Since then, she has released successful gospel songs and albums, becoming a prominent figure in the Nigerian gospel music scene. She got her first school leaving certificate at Oregun primary School and her secondary school education at Oregun High School Ojota .
She co-founded IB FOOD PALACE, a cooking platform that started on her facebook platform ibfoodpalace
