Clifford Ray Hackett Clifford Ray Hackett, Born March 24, 1964 A native of Cortez, Colorado, Clifford Ray Hackett is a graduate of San Juan Basin Vocational Technical School and Mountain States Technical Institute, where he was the president of the Computer Information Systems Administrators. He was a community organizer in Phoenix before earning his CIS degree. He worked as a HVAC technician in Phoenix, Arizona and taught Computer Science at the Mountain States Technical Institute from 1990 to 1998.
