The Konkow Maidu Cultural Preservation Association is a US tax-exempt charitable organization (IRS 501(c)3) dedicated to the preservation and promulgation of the culture and history of the Konkow tribe of Northern California American Indians. The Association is related to, but separate from, the Konkow Valley Band of Maidu.
One of the most prominent activities of the Association is its efforts to preserve and extend the knowledge and use of the old Konkow language (or Koyoom'kawi) among tribal descendants, as well as all interested persons.
