DJ Skilz (The Scratch Enforcer) is a Scratch Dj who started in the Dj scene in 1989. Being sponsored by American Audio (Los Angeles), Dj Skilz had 2 dj scratch mixers named after him. The XDM-2221 SKILZ mixer by American Dj, which was released in 1998, and the QD5 Dj Skilz Signature Series mixer, which was released in 2002. Through the sponsorship of American Audio, Dj Skilz travelled worldwide showcasing the next lineup in Dj gear at numerous Dj conventions year after year at C.E.S, N.A.M.M, Dj Expo, Mobile Beat Show, L.D.I Show, and Musikmesse. Dj Skilz was the resident Dj at Club Rio in Las Vegas from 1996 to 2004. In 2005 Dj Skilz had a new residency at the Aladdin Hotel and casino which converted into the new Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino in 2006. However in 2007, Dj Skilz took on a new career in Law Enforcement, and became a Correctional Officer. Dj Skilz has been in the field of law since 2007, and In an effort to focus on the dangers and risks that came with the field of Corrections, his Dj career was placed on a long hold. However, Skilz is slowly making a comeback in Social Media, while continuing working in the field of law Enforcement, hence (The Scratch Enforcer).
