RIVAL GOVERNMENT
The Rival Government of the Republic of China is a provisional government founded by Cen Chunxuan and Sun Yat-Sen. It was an illegetimate government and was an unrecongnized state. This government was against Yuan Shikai policies.
Foundation
editYuan Shikai became the president of the Republic of China. He tried to restore monarchy. Sun Yat-Sen and Cen Chunxuan instored a Rival Government in Nanjing and Southern Provinces to one day reunify China under freedom.
