Trond Andre Bolle (Born july 5. 1968, dead june 27. 2010) was a norwegian naval officer serving with the norwegian MJK. He is most notable known for his heroic actions in Afghanistan in 2005 which eventually earned him the Norwegian War Cross.
Service
Bolle's connection to the Norwegian Special Forces (Navy) began in 1989 when he joined MJK. He has served in F.Y.R, Kosovo and Afghanistan. It was for his actions in Afghanistan that he was recomended for the War Cross.
Death
Lt. Cmndr Bolle died june 27. 2010 while serving in the Norwegian MOT team (Navy). His vechile was struck by an IED and killed three adtional soldiers.
