onedata
Onedata is an open source storage solution, which integrates the users' data which pieces are kept on storage spaces from various providers. The project's vision is a data world without barriers, yet still secure enough to keep the data privacy. The access to the distributed pieces of user's data is as simple as access to data on the local disk. Onedata is a Storage as a Service (STaaS) working in global space accessible via CDMI, REST API, BUI or POSIX API/CLI (via a FUSE filesystem). It acts as a storage gateway removing barriers to data. The onedata project is supported by the PLGrid Infrastructure[1].
