Darren J Brookes was born in 1980 in Stoke-on-Trent to his father......... and mother....... He has 2 brothers, Gareth and Brett. He attended ......... High School from 1991 to 1996.

Career

Darren was a manager at The O'Connor Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre between .... and ..... While here Darren supported many people on their journey of recovery to rebuild their lives. The centre was forced to close due to the government removing their funding and Darren was a part of the group that fought to try and save it, along with Russell Brand.

After Darren was made redundant he was approached by a former colleague to become a director of Connections Wellbeing Services. Darren spent x years at Connections and helped to grow the business that supplied a range of wellbeing services for their local community, ironically Darren's own wellbeing was suffering due to the amount of time he committed to the business. It was then that Darren chose to begin his journey as a ............. Coach.

As a ............ Coach Darren helped people from a variety of backgrounds to improve their lives in a variety of ways. From business owners suffering from the stress involved in trying to turn their dreams into a reality to people holding on to issues from their past, Darren gave them a structure plan to tuen their lives around.

Darren is currently engaged in the public speaking circuit promoting his book 23 Rules Of Life That Most People Don't Want To Hear and helping people to positively navigate all the craziness that is going on in the world.

He has also launched Seat At The Table, The Network For Men That Want To Win. This a collaborative group where men support each other to improve their finances, relationships and themselves.

Darren is a father to daughter Ellie, who he sites as his driving focus in his life.

Dreams To Goals is a book that helps to dismiss the negative beliefs that are holding people back in their life and tells the reader how they can achieve their dreams by turning them into goals. His second publication is 23 Rules of Life That Most People Don't Want To Hear, this is a book that helps you to navigate the world and all the craziness we are seeing in it.
